Grapes are filled with nutrition that our bodies need. (Cut from the link below): "Grapes are rich in anthocyanins, flavones, geraniol, linalol, nerol and tannins. Experts believe these compounds protect against cancer. In addition, red grapes contain resveratrol which is believed to help reduce cholesterol and protect the heart. Grapes also contain some potassium. Grapes are also beneficial for cleansing and detoxing the system." It also notes one cup of grapes equal 114 calories. It is healthy...

But I also know too much of anything is bad for you...a whole bag of grapes and a whole bag of potato chips certainly have differences, but regardless. As long as eating a lot of grapes isn't a part of your daily lifestyle, I see no wrong in it. The important thing is to eat a variety of foods that give you a variety of nutrition.

each and each grape has approximately 4 energy and 1g of carbs. even although, the carbs that come from good grapes won't kill you even in all hazard in a a million/4 lb per day variety of component. yet to consume 4 lbs is basically too a lot on suited of what different nutrition you may consume per day to get what you like in terms of nutrition and protein. in case you could not end eating them, do no longer purchase them! they are what nutritionists call set off meals -- as quickly as you initiate, you basically can not end. attempt to get 4 servings of fruit in an afternoon and then end. i like fruit myself, too, yet engaged on getting 3-4 fruit servings an afternoon as properly as 4-5 vegetables, many times fills me up.
