I have no upper body strength, seriously, I really would like to get rid of the flabby arms! I want to tone them, a little sexy muscle thing going on. But I absolutely hate to do push-ups, plus I suck at it and usually end up on my face- Does anyone have any other ways to get them tone within (6 weeks)??

I'm naturally skinny and I eat quite a lot of food, and I would just like to gain some more weight becomes I'm definately on the lower ends of the BMI index graphs. It's not like I don't eat, I just don't gain any pounds. The extra weight would help a little in some of the sports I play. Thanks.

i am super duper lanky( weak if you must) and i sort of want to get to be... not so stinking lanky. like how long does it take and how hard do you have to work. to get big muscles, do you need to lift lots of little weights or not a lot of bog weights.

how much you think you can do, if you only eat one celery a day ( five calories , burns more just by digesting it) well what if i eat one celery a day with cold water for a month, how much do you think i would lose??? please be honest with me........please i dont care of the health, imjust wondering , ok thanks

My body is pretty much the same as it was before I got pregnant except for my belly still makes me look like I am pregnant!!
