Walking is a great way to get started to burn fat. Toning is the next step. Leg lifts!! Sit on the floor and pull one knee up to your chest and hold it there. The other leg is straight out in front of you. Now lift the extended leg up about 6 inches off the floor. Do 10 lifts. Repeat on other leg. Do this 3 times on each side.

you can do leg extensions, squats, running or walking, eat a well balanced diet, when working out make sure you break the 30 mins barrier, then you are really burning fat
