how much you think you can do, if you only eat one celery a day ( five calories , burns more just by digesting it) well what if i eat one celery a day with cold water for a month, how much do you think i would lose??? please be honest with me........please i dont care of the health, imjust wondering , ok thanks

your body will go into startvation mode so as soon as you stop that diet and start eating normal again you will put it on all again and maby even more cos your body will think that it will go into starvation once again so it will try to store as much as possible just becareful with wat you do you dont want to run your body down with silly diets like that !!

Oh Gosh be careful. Celery is a negative calorie food. You burn more that it's content just attempting to pass it through your body.
Celery is mostly water. Very little if any nutrients. Ok being honest to answer your question it would depend on your activity
level and what you weigh now. If you are a larger person you will lose more because it takes more to run your body. An average person needs 1200-1800 calories a day to maintain. There are approx 3500 calories in one pound. So if you are used to 1800 calories a day and you reduce that by 1795 for 30 days. That's
53850 calories you haven't taken in and that is 15.38 pounds you would lose. You would seriously hurt yourself in the process- Your liver and kidneys will not handle it. Your brain won't function properly which will negatively affect your nervous system. Not to mention once you lose a certain amount- if you are a female especially your body will think you are in an emergency and go into fat storing reserve mode. Ever wonder why men can lose weight easier than women? Our bodies are made to withstand a famine of up to 9 months to see us through a pregnancy. We have chemicals in our bodies that make us fat hoarders. Good luck and go the healthy way.

You will not lose much at all. Our bodies react to lack of nutrients by conserving as much as possible. Your metabolism will become very slow. It is known as the "Famine mode." During times of famine our bodies store every calorie they can.

lots because u dont gain when u eat celery and apples because u burn the calories while your eating them because there kind of crunchy and stuff

you will probably look like those malnourished skeletal kids in Africa with a huge swollen belly. anyway you will go crazy after two days and stuff your face again.

you would probably lose between 14 - 20lbs, and possibly cause heart failure...or you could collapse in front of a moving vehicle.... dont dice with death, you cant be that desperate?

if that is all you are eating you will probably lose quite a lot of weight, but you will die in the process.
