If that is your pic then i can tell that you have a very fast metabolism. You should eat 6 to 8 small meals per day. Each meal should have 50% to 60% carbs, 25% to 33% protein and the rest as fat. A few of these meals should consist of a protein shake, that is whey powder mixed into a 100% fruit juice with a banana added. You should also be lifting weights at a gym. 10 sets per body part. Work each body part only 2 times per week at the most. You tear down your muscles in the gym. Your muscles grow through rest, and nutrition at home.

I do not know if it is fast, but the best way I did it once over a summer was eating every time I got hungry, without skipping meals or breakfast, as some people do, and lifting in the weight room everyday except like one or two days a week. I ate whatever I found. I liked Chunky Beef (cuz I'm not much of a cook), Ramen noodles, whatever my mom cooked, and I ate a lot of macaroni. I didn't really care what I ate. I just ate and lifted everyday. In about 2-3 months, I had gained like 12 lbs, but most of it was muscle mass. If that doesn't help, here are some very useful sites I used,

hit the weights hard. increase protien intake and use supplements to help. avoid shortcuts like steroids, the long term damage isn't worth the gains made now.
