There's no cheater's way (other than steroids) to rapidly grow muscle tissue. The best thing I can recommend would be go to the gym, and max out, wait intil you're no longer sore, then max out again. Keep repeating this process, and after you have gained the strength, reduce the weight and do as many repititions as you can. Beware, however. Going to the gym every day will NOT expediate the process. This will actually lead to muscle deterioration. To speed recovery time between workouts, take some protein, 100% Whey. Or if you consider supplemental protein to be an enhancer, just eat 3 Value Menu Cheeseburgers from McDonald's. This is over 150% of your protein requirement for a day, and will greatly aid muscle repair. Be careful though, as this could easily lead to weight gain. Hope this helps!

yup. actually muscles on guys make them heavier. muscles have a lot of weight that is why if your boyfriend (presuming by how pretty you are, you should have one) has alot of muscles. his weight is heavier , and he can probably lift you off the ground easily. some guys prefer girls with big boobs or butts but this is different in many countries. some guys like those model-ish girls that are slim and sexy. BUT i feel that eventhough we are curvy or big booty-typed we shouldnt be looked down on . because big booty / boobs are actually a blessing from god , some girls are dying to be like those curvascious girls out there hope i helped you?

eat 6-7 small protein rich meals a day train each bodypart evry 5 days or so...do at least 10 sets per bodypart but no more than 20 and the majority of your sets should be heavy sets with weight you can perform 6-8 reps with.

a commitment to a workout
2-3 months will show you only little results--that's when you need more patience and stick to your workout--you will see the most progress if you consistently go to the gym for 6 months to a year.
the key to getting bigger muscles--is 30% gym and 70% nutrition and rest

Exercise more. Stronger and faster come from endurance workouts, like running, and sprint workouts. Stronger and more muscles come from weight lifting.

there is no quick way, it is about Genetics, you can work out long and hard, but become solid and never get bigger, but become stronger..I know I have been working out for over 2 yrs, gotten much stronger but never bigger, Steroids do it, but the benefits they offer can kill you or cause severe health issues..
