I'm not sure I understood the question but I would say the ab wheel is a good ab workout, it's cheap to buy and you can do it in your home. Do it as many times as you can, every other day. I say everyother day because to build muscle the body has to have a day of rest to repair the muscle

A basic strength and aerobic training will suffice. In males you need a body fat around 12% to usually get a good six pack (that's an athletic body composition). Weighed abdominal exercises work very well (it aovids hunderds and hunderds of crunches). Need some help. Get a recent book on exercising and strenght training. Science these days has shed new light on how exercising and to increase benefits. Good Luck and work hard... it gets easier!!!

There are different ab exercises to target different ab muscles. You should be working ALL of your ab muscles. Consult a personal trainer to show you which exercises target which muscles.

Everyone has a " 6 Pack ", but you have to dig deep beneath yourself to find them! Do lots of CARDIO, you need to burn off excess body fat from all areas of the body. Belly fat is usually the last to go, so do cardio and weight trainning! AND NEVER GIVE UP, IT IS POSSIBLE ! :)
--ps. you can do all the sit ups , crunches you want, but it wont bring your six pack any faster. remember to eat a good balanced diet, cardio, and alternate it with weight trainning ! be sure to work EVERY muscle , YOU CAN DO IT !!!
