It's a commonly held fallacy that drinking lots of water will "flush out" fat and "toxins". It's all BS. No scientific study has EVER found any evidence that it will work that way. Don't listen to the myth and folklore. It doesn't work.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

i think it's all been said here already. but just to reiterate. drinking water can help facilitate weight loss tremendously. drinking 8-12 cups of pure water per day with help quell your hunger pains, flush out toxins, aid in the digestion process and even lead to a healthier clearer complexion! BONUS!

Drinking a lot of water 8-8 oz per day is good for you and it will help you lose weight because it flushes out toxins, etc out of your cells. However, drinking too much water can kill you too. It can cause damage to your cells. This is basic biology, hypotonic and hypertonic solutions in your cells you should check it out, also many fraternities were making people dring gallons of water in order to become members and several people died because of it.
