Ok I am 22 yrs old, female. When I do ANY minimal type vigorous work (like carrying boxes or anything of that type), my shirt is wet from sweating, any minimal thing makes me sweat........ while I see other females and even males not break a sweat while doing the same thing!! When I go to the gym as well. If Im only doing weights I seem to sweat faster and more than most people in there, and my shirt and armpits are all wet. ..... When I run on the treadmil, after like a mile Im already soaked....... I know its normal to sweat if you are active (I dont sweat of I am doing nothing, only when Im active even if its very little) but its embarrasing cuz I sweat more than the guys........ Does any female have this problem and is there something I can do about it to sweat less??

I am in the medical profession and I can tell you firsthand that you are not the only person who suffers from this kind of problem, and I am well aware it can be very embarrassing. I have done some research on this topic and I remember reading people suggesting different things, like crystal deodorant sticks, etc. But there is only one thing that I have found to actually work, and work well. I was very skeptical at first, but was quickly proved wrong.
The product is called Odaban. It's a spray that comes in a little bottle. You spray it on at night to the area or areas that are affected by excessive sweating. You aren't supposed to use very much of it, just one spray per area I think. You can also spray the stuff onto a piece of cotton and apply it that way for a more controlled application. There are more directions on the site for its use. You don't have to use it every day once it starts working, you only need to use it once or twice a week to "maintain" its effects.
I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it does work, I promise. You can use it on any area of the body, but don't get it in your eyes, and make sure you wash hands well after using it. It is not very expensive. I don't know where you live, but it's shipped from the UK. Even with shipping it only costs $15.
I'm providing you with the link at the bottom. The other link is one person who had a problem with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) talking about his experience with Odaban. PLEASE at least give this stuff a try. It is so worth it. I have seen it work for other people. In as little as a week you might not ever have to worry about this again.
Best of luck to you.
P.S. Like the next poster said, don't listen to that person who said to stop drinking so much water. Water is essential to your body, and drinking less water will not help you sweat less, it will just make you sick if you get dehydrated in the heat.

First let me say this is a topic that you should bring up to a medical doctor in order to get the right answer. I do believe the cause of excessive sweating can be blamed on your DNA to as something as simple as the foods you eat. In saying that I seem to recall something about laser treatments on your sweat glands may have the possibility to kill some and improve your problem.

Oh I thought you said "swears a lot". I was going to give you an earful.
I have a similar problem: Whenever I take a bath I get really really wet. I can take a shower and next thing I know: I'm wet. If I go swimming I get wetter way sooner than the other people who aren't swimming. Fortunately, my problem isn't as smelly as yours.

i have a friend who has similar problem but more than likely worse. i can be wrapped up like a burrito and freezing and she will have a fan blowing full blast and still sweating. i think she has a kind of rare condition that is common to both men and women. go to web md and ask them. it will be very helpful.
