IT ALSO DEPENDS ONYOUR HEIGHT.
BUT 130 - 140 CAN BE THE RIGHT WEIGHT.

whatever is comfortable with you. I am 5'6, pretty muscular, and weigh 145. Weight is just a number. if your out of shape, just tone up a bit... I ride my bike EERYWHERE i go, yet I eat as much as i want, *which is a LOT* lol. don't listen to BMI it does not take into account bone structure or frame. when people ask, they cannot believe I'm 145. Don't worry about it.... and at 16,. you should be cleaning out your parents fridge, Gorge Sister!

No those weights are too thin. I would say like 140 lbs. I was more than that at 16 and 1 inch shorter. It does not matter your weigh...I would concentrate more on eating healthy and getting plenty of physical activity.

115-120..... but also you would need to view a chart to tell you the proper weight for your height. It also all depends on the height.

It depends in many factors as your height and your activities you should ask a specialist as a nutriologist cuz thats very subjective.
