Eat meals that are lighter in calories, drink lots of water or milk instead of soda. What I mean by lighter meals is this: A burger and fries has a ton of cal around 700 lets say, in contrast you could eat 6 bowls of cereal to get that many calories. The burger won't fill your stomach-you might be hungry after 2 hours and then eat a heavy snack. Fat isn't the enemy the tendency to eat throughout the day is worse for you. Eat 3 meals and a light snack and you should lose some weight. Atkins diet is a method of starvation. Your body isn't made to burn protein-it passes right through you thats what causes dramatic loss.

what a stupid bet especially if you are normal in weight. unless you are in need of losing weight, why would you want to? this is how some people become anorexic or bulimic by making bets with siblings and friends. then, they get started and can't stop! what a moron!

Eat only fruits and vegitables.
Drink lot of water.
Sleep early in night and wake up early in morning. Do breathing excercises 'YOGA' in early morning for atleast 1 hrs.

Substitute your rice with bread, have lean meat, fish, more veg + fruits. No cheese, no butter, no icecream, no chocolates. No soft drinks - take water or fruit juices instead.
