I was at a soccer game and right at the beggining of the game a made a semi split and sprained my inner thigh no when i try to do a squat i cant go as far as i could before without a pain wrecking the affected area.

Don't screw around with a pulled thigh muscle. Rest for at least a week. Different people take different amounts of time to recover from sprained muscles. It may take a few days or a few months. Listen to your body.

Take an anti-inflammatory when the pain is really bad, but try not to take it every day for more than a week. Bagged, frozen vegetables really helped my sprained thight muscles. When I was watching tv or reading, put something frozen on it.

Yes...don't play soccer until the pain is gone. Just rest for now. My son just had the same thing.

i had the same problem a year ago and i had to rest like a month. i recommend you to do so .

You will have to rest it as much as possible and pysio might help.
