I went from 226lbs., to 160lbs. But due to my lack of self control, especially during"that time of the month", no matter how much workout, I am not able to lose the last 10-15lbs. I neeed help to control this horrible habit.

I want to lose 25kg and fast can anyone give me suggestions i have thought about taking laxatives so what ever i eat just comes out dont care if i feel crappy for a while just so long as i lose the weight does anyone know if this is really dangerous??? Or please suggest something else if you have any ideas i know that it will not be a long term fix ya ya ya change your eating habits and all that but i am turning 30 in october and i need to be looking hot.

I am overweight and i want to lose some kilos. But i do not have the motivation as i have the tendency to do exercise halfway and not continuing.Another thing, i watched alot of young girls in the media look really skinny and also sickly.This adds me the fear of losing my weight as i already see on how skinny young girls nowadays.I want to lose weight without the fear of looking so sickly like those girls in the media.Pls i need help really badly.

might it have to do with the angle of the rain? if it's straight down, 45 degrees, blown by the wind, etc... this is hard to wrap my mind around even though it comes from a reputeable publisher. it seems like if you run, you're in the rain for less time, which equates to less wet...thoughts?

My knees are simply stiff and will only bend to a point before anymore will cause pain. Going farther is possible, but its tough. I want to make my knees flexible without straining them through large amounts of pressure, particularly in ways such as the traditional japanese style of sitting with the legs tucked under, which I can do, but through pain and stress. I'm under twenty so any tips you have should be helpful and managable.

By strictly getting only 10% of my calories from fat, and generally not consuming food with high glycemic index, most of my meals are based in legumes and grains.

I also try to eat at least a fruit every day and lots of tea.

Do you think that there is something lacking in my diet? I'm worried about micronutrients.

Can you suggest improvements, keeping the three lows in it?
