I have been sick for the last year with headaches, and in that time have gained 10 or 15 pounds because I have been lying in bed all day and was on a medacine that made me hungry all the time. I am mostly better now, however, I cannot get my heart rate up much, bike, or go on anything bouncy (eliptical trainer) without getting a headache. Is there anything I can do besides diet and slow walks?

I like to workout at night because its cooler (I run outside) Plus when I get back I'm tired and that puts me to sleep, but when I wake up I'm really sore and its a bad start to the day.

I have found that making fruit and/or chocolate flavored whey protein smoothies have been an easy way for me to include vitamins into my diet!

I have been trying to stay away from fast food and replace my want for junk with smoothies. I'm also working on toning my body and eating healthy: low cal, low fat, low sugar...
I have acne though and I was wondering if specific fruits would help calm my skin or if you have any other recommendations or recipes to help clear up skin? Thanks!

everyone tells me you can buy them at stores without ID. i just want to know if i can just purchase them at the nearest drugstore even though i'm under the age of 18.

Like most kids, he won't go near them....but I believe the principles of a healthy life start in childhood. Please include any receipies or ways I can "disguise" the veggies. Thanks.

...Or where can I learn about them? I'm thinking about the types of exercises we used to do in gym class; push-ups, sit-ups, those bicycle things where you lie on the ground and kick your legs.

I'm too broke to buy a gym membership or equipment for my home, I'm uncomfortable using free weights, and I hate the exercise videos because I'm WAY too uncoordinated to keep up with their annoying dance moves (If I liked dancing, I'd take a class, not buy a video).

I don't want "fun" exercises - just simple and effective ones involving my body and a stretch of hardwood floor. Do they still exist?

I don't mean slim jims. I mean brands such as Pemmican and Obierto. Very low fat cuts of beef that have been dried and preserved and flavored with spices. Is that stuff good for you?

I have taken this multivitamin before, and have never experienced the nausea like this time around. Today I threw up a clear liquid after having taken the multivitamin. I know taking it with food reduces stomach upset, but why does the stomach get upset in the first place?
