That sounds perfect to me. I have a very athletic build. I am solid (hard as a rock) muscle in my legs etc and I have some fat on my booty and a little softness to my stomach. I am 5'4" and I weigh 140. People ask me if I am anorexic. Honest, true story. It all depends on how you are built and I learned long ago that numbers don't really matter. I am 140lbs but I am a size 4. Do not listen to people who tell you about charts because there are many things charts do not take into consideration. Muscle weighs so much more than fat and if your build is athletic and your body is dense you will weigh more than the chart says you should. Charts tell me I need to lose weight. If I lost weight I would look very, very unhealthy. You sound like you are in the same boat. You sound perfect to me!!!

No, you are not fat. If you are athletic, you probably have quite a bit of muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. You are a healthy, growing, young woman. Rock on!

no, definately not! I am 13 5'3 and 111 lbs. Muscle weighs more than fat!!! I have some fat around my hips too and I think it looks fat, but just embrace your body. a lot of people weigh a lot more than you, so you are lucky.

no i would not call you fat. but at your age , (depending on your bone size) you might consider starting a regular exercise program and watching what you eat. eat healthy, plenty of fruit and veg. stay away from process food- all of them. drink lots of fluids and most of all get plenty of sleep. i have at my age( 50) most people can't tell how old i am. most think i in my early 30's. this is no lie.. when you reach my age and have a good structure and great skin. you will thank me just like my daughter dose

It depends on your percent body fat - to get a proper fitness test, you have to go to the doctor. But here's a handy website for you.

That seems about right. You are average weight. If you workout regularly you shouldn't worry about being overweight. To me the more active you are, and the food you eat, makes you healthy.

Go to your search engine and type in "height and weight charts" and you can see for yourself without taking anyone else's word for it.
