Eat healthy..Eat 6 small snacks a day instead of 3 large meals, exercise regularly, not every once in a while, have a schedule for each day, not..when you're bored, eat, or exercise..tell yourself that at 9:00 you're going to eat your morning snack, say an apple, then at 11:30 you're going to have your midmorning snack....then at 5:30 you're going to exercise...and maybe you should do more than the ball ? Just a thought..I hope this helps! Good Luck!

I do agree with TA .However I have tips for you as under -
1.Till you get desired waist line you will not eat sugar and oil.
2.Do skipping every day in the morning and crunching will help you better.
3. Do it for two months and you will get desired results provided you have willpower force behind you.
4.GOOD LUCK TO YOU

Do crunches not sit ups if you have a gym members ship they should have a machine just for that if not just do them on the floor bring your knees up later when your muscles get stronger, it takes time but it does work, I've been there just be patient do them every other day 100 and up with time.God Luck

unfortunately not. If you're trying to get ready for a dance or something, consider wearing a waist bind for about 2 days before. If you don't have one, you can make it by wrapping that stuff that they use when you hurt your ankle or your wrist, the tan stretchy stuff, and wrap it around. Then take it off just before your event.
otherwise, the body does not lose fat in just one place. It may have places that lose fat FASTER than other parts when your body is losing fat in general, but other than that you can't pick a point to lose fat.

There are no shortcuts. No little tricks. It's a combination of working out the muscles and taking in fewer calories than you're burning during the course of your days.

I'd like to know the answer to that myself. Uh...other than sits ups or crunches, that is. (What other types of exercises???)
