Yes -
Like with all things, do it in moderation, in combination with healthy eating & moderate exercise. I lost about 40 pounds since 1999. The acidity in the apple cider vinegar will balance your body's ph. I also found that I did not crave sweets like I used to.
Here is a great way to take it
I make a lemonade - using fresh lemon juice, water, sugar. Mix well. Then start by adding only about 1 teaspoon of the cider vinegar. After you get used to it, you can add more.
Another way that is yummy - when you make a salad - I make a dressing using Vegetable Oil, or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Lemon Juice & Pepper. You can add a little sugar if you need, or add honey, which is better. Yummo!
Good luck.

This is just another variation of the grapefruit diet, or any other of the variations out there. Actually, I would have to say that it might work. Not for the reasons you think, though. It works because by drinking a small glass of vinegar or juice or whatever, you keep reminding yourself that you want to lose weight. It helps you pay attention to what you eat. This might motivate you to get some more exercise.
The bottom line is that you lose weight when you burn more calories than you eat. Exercising burns more calories so you can eat a little more and still lose weight.
It's not just how much you eat. When and what you eat can make a difference. If you exercise and cut way back on food, your body might go into a starvation survival mode. Don't try to lose too much, too quickly. This is unhealthy. Don't try to lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week.
A balanced diet, eat small, frequent meals, exercise, but eat a protein bar or something right after you exercise. Let your body know that food is available.

I have never heard that, but I can tell you that any kind of vinegar is highly acidic. Even if it helps to shed a couple pounds it is not safe at all. A little vinegar on your salad or in a dish is okay, but drinking it will give you an ulcer. I've drank a shot of vinegar before and it burns in your stomach really bad. I would suggest something safer and more long term, like weight watchers. Losing weight rapidly by any diet is not safe. A safe weight loss diet or program would be to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Don't try drinking vinegar. Good Luck, I'm sure you are beautiful the way you are.

I've tried it and it does work, but don't rely on Heinz's Apple Cider Vinegar for it to work. You need the real stuff. The kind I used was imported from Greece and had stuff floating in it. Plus, I used to drink it as a child if I overate. It's better and faster than Pepto Bismol and other similar products. But, you mix it 1:1 with warm, not cold water, to drink it. Adding essential herbs, such as psyllium husks helps tremendously, too.

This is a new one, haven't heard of this one. Anything that you would single out like this would make you lose weight, because you are eliminating everything else. For instance, you could go on a cranberry juice diet, orange juice diet, etc. Anytime you just drink something with no food coming in you will lose weight, but as soon as you begin to eat normal it will come back on. Why not just do it the right way and keep it off?

It helps a little as mentioned on below site but by itself will not make a big difference like diet and exercise. The way that you have been taught to eat by this society is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the # 1 health problem in the world soon to surpass hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to re-learn how to eat. The site below covers everything you need to know. Make sure to learn all of it. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and you will remain part of this pandemic. Obesity will keep getting worse while people worry about imaginary pandemics like the bird flu.

Gross!!! I wouldn't do anything like that. Just try to control what you eat, drink lots of water and exercise. You will lose the weight the right way and you will be making a life change. Not something that you are doing for a quick fix and as soon as you stop drinking that, the weight will come back again.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
