I do jumpin jacks alot everyday, i need to lose 100 lbs!!! I work out at the gym, and do crunches, and sit in the sauna!!! I just wanna kno if doing the jumpin jacks helps me? and how much?

I want to know whats the quickest way to lose weight? I'm 14 years and 5'2". I weight about 130 pounds and when I checked my BMI, it was 23.2! I want to lose weight in two weeks. I know it sounds impossible, but please help me! I want to be at least 120 pounds and be able to maintain it. So please help! Thanks.

my theory is....if you exercise in the morning, you get more energy. but if you exercise in the evening, you burn the calories you ate that day. which is the best and why???

I am very over weight becuase of the unhealfy food i eat, but mostly because of doughnuts. I eat many doughnuts a day but the may times i have tried to stop they have failed and some times making me eat even more doughnuts than before. Please give me some advice.

I've heard that it is bad for your body to eat before you exercise. The reason being that, as you are exercising, all the blood flow goes to your stomach to aid in digestion instead of going to your muscles, and you should wait 2-3 hours after you eat to exercise because of this. Is this true fact or is it just another diet myth? I need to know because the only opportunity I have to exercise is shortly after breakfast. I love to exercise and I want to get the most I can from it (who doesn't?).

I am just kinda looking for a lil support! I have completly changed the way I eat and have been walking for an hour about 4 days a week. I am not losing much at all though. I have lost 5 pounds in the past two months, and it has held there. I am very excited to have lost that but I want to keep going, but it seems I'm stuck. I was jsut wondering if this had happened to anyone else or if there is something I am doing wrong. I am starting a work out routine with 5 pound weights that I want to do about 3 times a week and I have a belly dance video that I amd also going to start to do as well. Just to keep myself moving!! Because if I stop I know I will go in the wrong direction! But back to my question, is it in my eating. How many calories should I be eating a day. I have no clue how to do the whole calorie thing at all. All i know is that I eat healhy and drink tons of water. I need help?!?!?!
