Well both actually its your pick. Both have its pros and cons.
See if you exercise in the morning you get more energy for the day and it certainly wakes you up and makes you feel refreshed. If you exercise in the evening it burns the fat and calories you gained in the day. The bad thing about the morning is that if you have not ate anything you could get terrible cramps in your side. If you exercise at night make sure its the last thing you do because you will waste all your energy causing you to go home and want to go straight to bed.

It is better to exercise in the morning, as it kicks up your metabolism for the day (about 6 hrs) and you will burn more calories. Late afternoon is also a good time for your sleep cycle. But avoid working out within 3 hrs of bedtime; it may stimulate you too much and affect your sleep--

in the morning after you exercise your body will burn calories like crazy, and after a good breakfast you will be at peak for the rest of the day. Blood will flow better to your brain and you'll be more productive.
At night your day will be almost ending, therefore if you work during the day, the engergy you create after exercise will be generated closer to sleep time.

Morning. That's when all the calories you ate the day before have built up in your system, and then you can burn those off. Worry about that day's calories the next morning. It also helps your metabolism for the rest of the day.

You are a good thinker. Morning exercise can give you more energy because your mind, stomach and intestines are empty. This makes more energy available for your muscles and other organs to tonify. Thus you will look more healthy with morning exercise after clear bowels. If bowels are not clear you will feel less energetic.

In the morning is best because it revs up your metabolism and prepares you for the rest of the day. If your metabolism is reved up in the morning it will stay reved up and you will continue to burn calories at an accelerated rate throughout the day.

If you exercise in the morning your metabolism will get revved up and stay higher all day. If you exercise in the evening, for most people it makes it harder for them to sleep. (Not me.)
