Have you had an eye exam recently or a physical? There are many diseases that manifest themselves in eye problems. Make sure you don't have an underlying cause of a change in eyesight. Good luck!

yoga is the best. use simple excercises like seeing the extreme sides together with ur eyes;stay there 4 20 seconds. now se the opposite;repeat. se the 8 directions 20 times a day se ur nose tip. finish . happy sight seeing
