Come and spend two weeks in bed with me. I'll stock up on all the goodies we need - oysters, truffles, Vitamin E, baby oil, and a few little luxuries like food and what have you. I tend to find that tuna and pasta combos with tomato and onion salad and fresh fruit for desserts keep the sexual energy up on marathon sessions like this.

you can still have dairy but try and go for the low fat ones and drinks for a lot of juices and alot of water!

It is good that you are thinking of taking care of yourself. But I hope it will extend beyond two weeks? If you continue to smoke, and drink it won't do much good to detox for just two weeks.
You need to eat a lot of foods rich in antioxidants. Green leafy
vegetables, orange juice, sweet potatoes, carrots, and drinks
a lot of water! Good luck.

No wheat (bread / pasta), alcohol, meat or fish, tea or coffee ---------stock up on as much fruit and vegetables as possible and herbal teas. Pulses, lentils beans etc, Nuts and dried fruit, Jacket potatoes (in moderation) and loads of water ...... Ryvitas & rice cakes to replace bread ......non-wheat pasta
Make stir fries with veggies and soups with veggies and pulses, it sounds boring but you can be adventurous .....I did the works for a month and it works .... plenty of rest and sleep are needed and take flaxseed oil tablets and milk thistle to cleanse the liver.
Finally ......KICK THE WEED

Fast. Dont eat or only eat very little. Make a big pitcher of Green Tea and ice it...drink that all day.

Buy organic foods, and avoid foods that bloat you - as other people have suggested. Drink nothing but water and green tea.
