Alot of good advice on foods for you here, this site is great isn't it? The blood type diet is a gimmick, hate to be the one to say it, but being in the fitness business for 14 years, I can tell ya it's a gimmick that people are making billions of dollars on.
You'd be better off to find a nutritionist or a dietitian in your area and have them help you, or a personal trainer. Nobody stays on these "diets", and I use the word loosely, for very long.

go to the local library, there are many books on this topic that are available. If your library doesn't have the book chances are they can get in from another one
