sorry babe! I don't think you can, That's really not healthy for you to drop weight like that! you didn't gain 20lbs in 2.5 weeks, & your not going to lose it in 2.5 weeks either!

Well this is very hard task to accomplish. In fact almost impossible. If anything go to a GNC or other nutrition store, buy some vitamins and start with that. Then exercise 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night. to about 5 reps of 10 crunches exhale when you come up and after every 10 take 2 deep breaths. Also try running around you block. to bicycle crunches to. Bicycles are were you lay on your back with your knees up just like kneeling but your upside down if you get it. and put your hands behind your head like normal and when you do a crunch bring your lefts knee to your right elbow while lifting and come down then with your left elbow to your right knee and come down. You may not lose 20 pounds in 2.5 weeks maybe 3 weeks though
but you should lose close to your total in 2.5 weeks

Unless you're under the guidance of a professional who is kicking your butt each day, it is highly unlikely that you'll lose that much weight in a healthy way in 2.5 weeks. Aim for a healthier, more feasible goal! Losing 2lbs a week is much more realistic.

Not going to happen. Remember that those 20 lbs. didn't come on in 2.5 weeks, either.

simple, dont eat!

dont listen to any of that stupid diet bologna.

the only way to lose that much weight that fast is to cut down to one or two very small meals a day. and by small meals i mean like a medium sized bowl of cereal or a sandwhich. ...at first it will be hard but in a few days your stomach will shrink and youll probably even feel better.

Watch your calorie intake. Increase your water intake per day. Try to avoid a lot of sweets and high amounts of fat in your diet. Invest in vitamins to help keep your body going and health as you shed the pounds. Make an excerise regiment for yourself and stick to it.

Hurry will create worry. So don't hurry.
Avoid fatty and spicy foods.
Minimise carbohydrates and add salads and sprouts to your meals or you can make them your meals if you are in a real hurry.
Avoid tea and all cold drinks as well as stimulants like alcohol.

Try Atkins, it works fast!!! Maybe instead of 20 carbs a day do like 5-10!!!!!!! Exercise with it, it could work!!!
