I want to lose 25kg and fast can anyone give me suggestions i have thought about taking laxatives so what ever i eat just comes out dont care if i feel crappy for a while just so long as i lose the weight does anyone know if this is really dangerous??? Or please suggest something else if you have any ideas i know that it will not be a long term fix ya ya ya change your eating habits and all that but i am turning 30 in october and i need to be looking hot.

Laxatives are pretty dangerous, especially for women and the way our bodies work...25kg is a lot. But give this a try. Eat a high protein, high fiber diet. Try a bowl of raisin bran in the morning, grilled chicken breast and spinach with olive oil/vinegar dressing for lunch, and grilled fish and another dark green veggie at night (such as broccoli). If you have until October, it's actually a lot of time, but you are gonna have to do some excercize. This "diet" isn't really that bad, or hard to follow. Laxatives won't actually give you the 25 kg weight loss either, because they do stop working after like a week and a half because your body gets use to it. I mean the quickest fix would be liposuction, but if you stick to the protein, and lower carb you'll loose a good amount of weight, as long as you try to excersize for at least 30 mins 3-4 times a week (ie elliptical/treadmill/swimming). Make sure the size of the meat portion isn't more than the palm of your hand, and try not to eat past 6PM. If you do have to have carbs, eat them during the day time, before 3PM.

Laxatives are dangerous!
The point of eating is to nourish your body. If you don't feed your body some fuel, your body will collapse and die.
If you take laxatives, are the nutrition you consume will go out the other end -- no time for it to get absorbed. Plus you can get dehydrated.

Try eating mostly fruits and vegetables, and add in a couple of protein shakes each day. This is extreme enough, and should cause you to lose weight rapidly, without killing yourself.

Oh, and as for not consuming more than 300 calories a day, as the answerer after me suggested, that is dangerous and STUPID! It's a starvation diet, and it causes your body to start hoarding calories, so that very soon, you stop losing weight entirely

Any way u try to lose 25Kg fast is dangerous. Just be sensible about your eating. I lost 30Kg by basically cutting out the crap and exercising 3-4 times a week. No junk food and heaps of fruit, veg and tuna.

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.

ur overweight but u r also facing from one more disease which i m afraid u r not aware of but let me tell u . u r suffering from bulimia. it a disease where u think that by vomiting or taking laxatives u will lose weight and u keep on gobbling things. pls stop it at once and go though the ans which u have got all r saying that laxatives r dangerous. what i suggest u is pls consult a dietitian and a doctor at once only they can help u plz take immediate action for this

Just exercise twice a day for 6 days a week. This means once in the morning and once in the evening for an hour each. Eat lots of salads and avoid any white carbs meaning white rice, white bread, pasta, etc. You are looking at losing an average of 2 kgs a week which is not tough if you stick to it and do the above.

Slim Fast worked for me. I ate one balanced meal a day and drank the shakes for the other 2 meals. I also took a multi vitamin and drank LOTS of water.
Keep away from the laxatives. They mess with your system and you don't want to make yourself become dependent on them.
