You don't work out enough. They are stiff! The more you work out, the less they will ache after with time...

Its called micro-trauma. Basically very small tears in the muscle fibres give you the pain 2 to 3 days post workout. This is also referred to as DOMS Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

muscle soreness due to lactic acid accumulation after exercise . this state happened to every one exercise intensively anaerobic work , and decreased gradualy when muscles improved .

because of the constant flexing that you do during the work out, but after a week or two, they will not be sore anymore.

our muscles work through the process known as aerobic pathway,i.e it uses oxygen to function. our muscles can do only short duration exercises through this pathway. during long duration exercise it goes to anaerobic pathway in which lactic acid accumulation takes place which makes our muscles sour n tired.
