2. Don't eat ANYTHING after 7pm
3. Get your MP3 player, go some where that you won't be bothered for a t least an hour. For 45 mins out of that hour I want you to dance (HIGH IMPACT FAST) through 8 songs straight.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

You need to except that losing weight is not easy. But it is worth it. Learn about nutrition, eat but eat less. If your a teenager and your #192 then you have a weight problem, unless you're over six feet and lifting weights. Try and believe the reality that you have to Act yourself into your target weight. You cannot wish it would happen with a couple of words from a stranger. Believe the truth! Eat three or four meals a day for energy. Your body needs energy. Make yourself learn about nutrition, calorie intake, and find the joy in eating healthy.

Look at the foods you're eating. Eat fewer calories, about 1200 a day. Absolutely no desserts and only drink water or milk. Take vitamins and excersize daily for at least 30 minutes, then stretch for 15 minutes. You actually shouldn't do it less than 4 times a week and not more than 6.
Weigh yourself before you start and don't look at a scale for a month. You can see your progress better that way.
Lean cuisine and similar frozen diet foods work great, just don't eat more than 4 a day. Otherwise eat 4 or 5 very small meals keeping around 1200 calories a day.

Exercise. Don't take any pills or stop eating as that would hurt your health EVEN MORE than being overweight. If you were to do that, you might as well be overweight and not harm yourself. Pills are usually meant for older people and may not be suitable for teenagers. Exercising and eating right will help. Eating right is not skipping meals. Eating right is eating less meat and more vegetables. Eat less junk food. Exercise more. With that, you should be at a healthy weight and fit to go!

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?
People go for losing weight by pills or starving.
Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.
Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.
The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.
1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).
And at the top of all:
Play out door games at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.
You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

definetly cut out junk food. the name saysd it all junk. get lots of excercise walk or ride a bike to the places you need to go instead of driving. take up a sort or active hobby. Also eat any food in moderation track the times you eat and what you eat because this might be able to explain some of the psychology of your eating habits. like are you an emotional eater etc, and whatever you do, dont get discouraged if you dont see results right away, total health and permanent weight loss is a lifestyle and it will take patience and time.... also turn off the TV. it rots your brain and promotes laziness. I wish you the best of luck and i know you can do it!!!
