Your suposed to loose 10-17 lbs each time you do it.

I tried it and you do loose weight, but like every crash diet you gain it back right after. After awhile I've learned the only real way to loose weight is to diet and exercise.

That is a starvation diet. You can damage your heart muscle by following it.
