Try hanging from a bar witha small boat anchor tied to each foot. You wont get any taller but you will get tired of trying to do something that cant be done pretty quick. Accept your height many,many powerful, successful people have been and are of less than "normal" height.

Just eat fast food for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner and supper. Guaranteed to increase your height when you're laying down horizontally. Haha.

Jokes aside, I've been seeing these "as seen on TV" commercials about a serum that can help make you taller. The before and after shots look pretty convincing. Sells like hot cakes in the Philippines. You may wanna go check that out :-)

Human growth hormone injections while you're young. So hopefully you have a few million floating around somewhere. Right now, those hormones are only given to people who have serious illnesses and actually need the injections... and a few super rich old people who want to be young again at any cost.
For the rest of us, we have to live with our genetic make-up. For what it's worth, the value of a person doesn't depend on their height or hair color or whatever else and there's a partner out there for everyone, short or tall.

you could take human growth hormones, but they're very expensive and usually not prescribed unless your height will prevent you from living a normal life in todays society

chin ups.......but it depends on ur age too....if u r like 13 to 17...this exercise will help and effect ur height....but if u r for instance 25 or plus.....it wont effect tht much....
