Umm put it in a drink and work out... Pretty standard stuff man. It should say so on the container.

Soy protein isn't bad for you. It is an effective protein supplement. You may also want to consider using whey protein, though. I like soy protein from time to time because it is cholesterol free. Some of the better brands have a good taste.

Soy protein by itself, though, won't make you strong. You'll need to hit the gym and starting pounding out the weights. It is going to take time, but it'll happen. Just don't expect over night results.

Yes. Throw that soy garbage in the trash and get yourself a nice steak.

Soy protein is BAD for you. If you want to stuff your face with processed garbage food, you might as well eat potato chips or something. They are both equally bad for you, but at least chips tast good while soy protein tastes like something your dog would snub.

Steak, on the other hand is VERY good for you. It will also make you strong.

go buy a cow and feed it the soy pills and corn until its big n meaty.in the mean time work out using the Weider method and eat well and get plenty of rest.
