Notice I said after, not during. I know this sounds stupid, but I can't figure out why. I always go before getting in the pool, and yet even after 30 minutes in the pool I need to go again. I don't drink anything while I'm at the pool. Anyone know why this happens?

July 7th im going back home for a family reunion. I want to lose some weight and get in shape. I know i wont lose a lot or anything i just want to tone up. I'm 16 5'2 and i weigh 155ish. I have a lot of muscle. I have a lot of tummy fat and that is basically the only problem area. I know that you can't lose fat in just one area but i wish you could . so any tips on how to get rid of some of that tummy fat? and is it possible to lose 10-15 lbs by july 22nd? just wondering thanks =D

i seem to get upset after i eat then i get on the tredmill or run around the naughborhold and get totally bored so i stop doing it often

how do i stay focused and not get bored with working out?

....very slow jog yesterday and honestly thought I was going to die!!!

I seriously reckon I only made it 100meters before my heart was racing so much that I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

Embarassing I know!!

What is the best way to get in shape for running. I don't want to run marathons or anything, it would just be great to be a able to jog / run say 3 - 5km's for fitness purposes.

I would love to get in shape, but i dont want to work out at a gym. Also i dont want to have to lift wieghts. what can i do to tone and get more muscle. I want better arms and abs and stuff like that.

i just had i baby in March and i gained alot of weight. when i wasn't pregnant i weighed 170 and now i weigh 235 or around there i have to lose this weight because i don't feel good around my family or my husband. I feel really bad about myself.

I mean without associated sauces and condiment. On a dry weight basis, which of these common carbohydrate sources holds the most vitamins, minerals, calories? (Let's say peeled potatoes because most are eaten that way).

I would like to go completely vegan but I am an extremely picky eater and do not like most veggies. It is the texture rather than the taste that gets to me. Can anyone give me recipes, or point me to a website with recipes that are like "normal" foods. None of that gourmet stuff.

okay before the workout in the morning, for breakfast, i ate banana and milk, and after workout, i hate one sandwhich, that has egg, vegetable, cheese and ham with two class of milk. after that i ate slim-fast which has Caloies (Energy) 210, Fat Cal 45 and Protein of 8g. is that good? did i get enogh protein to build muscle ?

For the longest time, I have had a really great metabolism, however, that's changed recently.

Within the last five years, I have gained a total of 95 pounds, but 45 of that has been within just the last six months. My diet hasn't really changed at all, but the weight has just begun to add up to the point where it's become very noticeable. My belly is beginning to hang over my pants, even.

Is there anything (aside from the obvious answer of eat less, etc.) that I can do to try and slow down this weight gain? 45 pounds in six months seems a little out of hand to me.

I am 5' 10" and I weigh 220 lbs.
