do i have to add ice or can i drink water without ice and still be heathy

You do NOT have to "drink lots of water" to lose weight!! That's a myth. No basis in science.

Drinking water has nothing to do with weight loss, except that it will make your stomach feel full for a few minutes.

You can drink you water with out ice and still lose weight. People put the ice in because they prefer there water nice and cold.

Plain water is fine. However, colder water makes your body work a little harder since it has to bring the temperature down ;)

Are you nuts? Ice is frozen water, so it really doesn't matter if you drink ice water or room temperature water. You could always........nevermind.

I have heard water does not help you lose weight. it only repleneshes the lost water in your body due to exersise. drink gateraid. it works better.

well i've heard that when you drink ice cold water that it takes calories to "heat" the water so you can use it, i don't know if that is true or not...but i do know that cool (un-iced) water is absorbed faster and helps with hydration faster....personally i don't like ice water, cold from the tap for me...

That is such a stupid question what do u think? Gosh anyway you need to excersie and eat healthy foods has well. I mean Im like 130 lbs and 5'4 i need to loose wieght for gosh sakes. You probably are skinny.
