Losing weight fast is not healthy or sensible so losing it super fast is even worse. If you lose it too fast, the odds are very high that you will gain it all back plus MORE! So, lose it the sensible way...at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds a week.

If you contact me with your email address, I will gladly give you a diet based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem (unfortunately, yahoo answer's email system doesn't have enough "characters" to allow me to send the diet through them). You can do it yourself at home. You won't need to measure anything or count calories. It is all already proportioned. It involves all food groups and is based on 1250 calories. Very healthy. I have shared it with many askers on yahoo answers.

Yes, you can lose weight super fast by starving yourself, taking laxatives, throwning up, and excercising yourslef to death. I would call you crazy if you did any of those, however.
Here is the truth: It is a lot easier to gain weight quickly than it is to get it off. The extra pounds didn't get there overnight, and so it will not come off overnight either. All of the above ectreme diet methods work in the beginning, problem is, not only do the hurt your body extremely badly, but your body will go into "survival mode", causing it to think it is starving, thus slowing down your metabolism and causing your body to conserve fat to survive. The best way to lose weight is to do it the right way. No fancy diets, no extremes. Make a lifestyle change. Eat several times a day ( I eat 7 times), but eat small portions. Apples, fat free crackers, etc. are a great way to snack healthy. Then eat a sensible dinner early in the evening to aloow time to digest before laying down in bed. The key is to eat more and get your metabolism going faster, and never let yourself get hungry...this causes binging. If you do these things, you will notice that not only do you feel better, but the weight will steadily come off, although it will be at a slow pace. This is the healthy way. Don't forget to exercise for 30 minutes three or four times a week. Good luck, and take care!!

***you'll notice results after about 2 weeks...but remember dropping a lot of weight fast isn't good and there is no easy way to do it. you just have to be dedicated to a healthier life!

Don't, it's very unhealthy, and you tend to put it all back with a bonus. Depending on what your goal is, how active your are willing/able to be, you can get there. You should be able to make a significant dent in body fat in just 8 weeks. Stay away from diets focussing on weight loss, look at body fat loss. In 9 weeks I lost 4% body fat, which was 4½ inches off my waist, and all I was doing for excercise was walking at lunch.
