i seem to get upset after i eat then i get on the tredmill or run around the naughborhold and get totally bored so i stop doing it often

how do i stay focused and not get bored with working out?

Find an excercise that you find fun, rock climbing biking, gymnastics, Judo, There is a huge amount of things...But if you are determined to run, Sing, that's what I do

I think you should get some sleep every once in a while. Use a phone alarm clock or alarm clock or something that will easily wake you up. You should study for like 1/2 hour then sleep 1/2 hour or 1 hour. If you don't, you will be extremely tired later in the day.

well first, dont eat a meal before you workout--you can have a small snack--but nothing that will make your stomach upset

while you are digesting--blood is in stomach--not in the muscles--hence it's harder to run right after you eat


in terms of not getting bored--try challenging yourself mentally and physically in every workout--try doing something your body isnt used to--like changing up your workout, running backwards, doing some other activity that you enjoy

i love swimming or join a heatlh club they you can talk to other and excercise too and it keeps your mind off what your doing!
