that depends on how much you weigh now....if you weigh more then you will probably loose more. Running doesn't just make you loose weight though....when you are careful (stretch, warm-up, don't push yourself too hard) it can only make you healthier.

3500 / 150 = 23.3 hours of running to loose one pound of fat.

No one can answer that because we don't know your body, what you eat, how much you have to lose, etc.

You need to change your diet to a healthy one, drink lots of water and exercise. Running isn't always the best exercise. Studies showed that fast walking was better on the body and you can lose weight and tone up.
