I mean without associated sauces and condiment. On a dry weight basis, which of these common carbohydrate sources holds the most vitamins, minerals, calories? (Let's say peeled potatoes because most are eaten that way).

Potatoes!! White rice has nothing good to offer unless its Basmati (the Indian Rice), brown rice is alright, pasta is ok but really doesn't have what potatoes offer....

Do Basmati Rice. It is an Indian rice that is sweet when fried. Add peas, carrots, and corn for a very nutrious dinner!

I would say rice....but brown rice is wayyyyy more nutritious than white rice. With white rice all the goodness has been shucked away.

well in a point of view rice would be the best because it has less carbs fats sodium and all of that k that is what i think
