Notice I said after, not during. I know this sounds stupid, but I can't figure out why. I always go before getting in the pool, and yet even after 30 minutes in the pool I need to go again. I don't drink anything while I'm at the pool. Anyone know why this happens?

When you get out of the water the pressure on your lower abdomen and bladder is significantly different. This makes you feel like you have to pee.

Because your body temperature changes, and your bladder tries to compensate this.

The same thing will happen if you are in a warm place in winter and go out to the cold.

You are thinking so much about NOT peeing in the pool, that your body, subconsciously, needs to GOOOO!
