I lost enough weight to 121, but I can't loose belly fat. What I should do? I don't want to loose any more weight. I do cardio and abs exercise.

Change you diet to a healthy one
NO MORE SODA
Limit all other caffine
Cut out salt as much as possible
Drink lots and lots and lots of water
30 Min of cardio per day
Pilates and Yoga
It will work if you stick with it.

To loose fat without loosing weight, you will have to build muscle. Resistance training (weights, machines, rubber tubes or bands) is the most effective way to build muscle.
