Excercise and diet is the safest way. There is no way to lose weight FAST safely, but you can start by drinking lots of water and eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Nothing really makes you lose weight "fast" persay. Unless you're talking about liposuction and stuff. But you can reasearch some diets up, Like Atkins or something. And be active, instead of sitting in front of the computer/tv all day. Fat doesn't burn itself ^^

Change you diet to a healthy one
NO MORE SODA
Limit all other caffine
Cut out salt as much as possible
Drink lots and lots and lots of water
30 Min of cardio per day
Pilates and Yoga
It will work if you stick with it.

i am taking Hydroxycut and a lotion called Cutting gel it releases the fat into your blood stream to be used and the hydroxycut speeds up the metabolism. stop eating bread. you can eat other startches in moderation just nothing with yeast in it. the garbage bag works good but if you feel funny wearing a garbage bag i use the sauna belts or one of those waist cincher things during the day. the material is so think that it makes you sweat but lets your skin breath. the sauna belts are good for when you excersize. but dont wear those all day cause they dont breath dont want icky stuff growning on your skin LMAO.

if you pkan on working out wear a garbage bag under yr clothes it does work dont eat no fruit juice at all yr body registers it as sugar eat no fat
