You have to exercise one hour every day for starters. No way around it.

Everyone gets skinny for different reasons. Some can eat anything they want because their metabolism is good. Some need proper food and exercise. Starvation is stupid and so is barfing so don't do that.

Well there are lots of ways, but you must have the strength and confidence . Trust me I know. It can be different for everyone ,but just by eating right and exercising can really help. But there are lots of ways you just got to pick one and go for it. I hope that answered your question.

watch what you eat ,dont eat foods with sugar or fat , run a mile 6 days a week. just watch the size of your food intake
