Run 5 miles 5 days a week
Generally lead an energitic lifestyle (if outside will run from house to car and do stupid stuff like that)
Gym once or twice a week, 30 CV then 1 hour on the weights normally sets of 4, 10 reps (lots of resting inbetween though!)

I try to eat right, and I get out and walk a lot. I can't run because of a knee injury, but walking is good too.

I get up eairly and jog, do situps, and in the evenings i do palloties, I also eat right, and drink lots of water. But i do use this as a reference.

10 mins walk every AM (on my way 2 work) & 10 mins walk on d way back
light exercise for 15 mins every other nyt...
i dont eat much coz i dont feel hungry...
