Honestly it doesn't matter as long as you do it.

Walking -- brisk walking, that is -- raises your metabolism rate and it remains elevated for several hours. If you walk in the morning, before breakfast, your increased metabolism will use up more of the calories you take in, and that's how you lose weight. Walking after dinner doesn't work the same way, and cranking up your metabolism before you go to bed isn't the way to ensure that you get a good night's sleep.
Good luck!

morning is best, exercise for at least 20 min starting out and make sure you break a sweat and get slightly winded to where you can hold a conversation but would prefer not to. This is the best way to get your metabolism going faster. also dont eat anything 3hrs before going to bed, if you quit eating before bed most people loose 8 lbs from dropping the bad habit. check out books by Bob Greene -total body makeover- you can get one off of ebay pretty cheap. interesting book.. actually he has quite a few good books. good luck!

I have always made walking a part of my regular routine, it's actually even better if you can make a habit out of both. If not then definitely evening since you have comsumed so many calories throughout the day this gives them a chance to burn off before late in the day. Hope this helped

Morning AND evening. It boosts your metabolism in the morning and by walking in the evening continues to keep it higher through the night.

In the morning. If you put it off until the evening, you're more likely not to do it at all. Plus, exercise releases seratonin, so you'll feel better all day! Last, exercise is an appetite-suppressant, so you won't be as hungry during the day.

Both, a brisk run in the morning and a quiet walk in the evening. If you have knee problems, get an elliptical machine.

Try both. I work out both in the morning & night. But, if you are just doing it once a day I'd say morning, because it revvs up your metabolism for the day.

nothing wrong with both, but by walking in the morning you are elevating your metabolism, and will burn more calories for several hours.
