on top of working out at least once a day (like 50 situps a day, or jogging) you can also try the grapefruit diet. its an easy effective way to lose some pounds. what it does, is it gets rid of the water weight in your body. we all have water weight that just sits there. so eat a half of a grapefruit every morning.. it will help :)

Easy! Portion control, cut down on fats and sugars, and exercise daily. You do not have to run, take a nice walk that gets your heart rate up and make sure you are not so out of breath that you can't carry on a conversation. You will loose 1 1/2-2 lbs a week. Do not let yourself get overly hungry...have a snack such as raw vegetables, fruit, a protein bar (don't over do it on these and check fat and calorie rate, some are bad). Eat lots of vegetables and fruit...get at least 5 servings a day. This is not a diet, it is called forming new habits for a lifetime:). Good luck!

eat eggs plain for bkfst. turkey, roast beef, some type of deli meat and/or cheese for lunch. chicken, fish, steak (baked, broiled or grilled, not fried) w/ broccoli for dinner. It sucks, but if you stick to it, drink plenty of water. no condiments, no soda. Crystal light drink mix is good. you'll start loosing pounds after first week (quickly!) good luck.!!!
