Lots of water, raw veggies, some fruits, not a whole lot of them, they are full of natural sugars, very lean meats, not fried, broiled, boiled or baked. fresh frozen veggies, stay away from the starches. like breads, and potatoes, and pastas, whole grain breads are better for you if you have to have a sandwich .. but eat them in moderation.. stay away from fast food, eat a lot of salads, and the dressings on the side, just dip your salad in the dressing, that way you are not getting as much dressing..
Water, drink lots of water, flush out all the bad things in your system... watch how many diet drinks you drink too.. they are not good for you either.. teas are good for you , especially green teas.. they come in all sorts of flavors.. they are all very good.. good luck..
