Yes that will help I would also try to add some other life style changes as well.
Avoid all sodas, (did u know that most sodas have 10 teaspoons of sugar?)
also try not to eat past 7PM and if you do, just snack on something very light on carbs (perhaps fruits etc).

It depends on how many calories you are taking in vs. how many you are working off. It's hard to answer without specifics. But, I've been on weight watchers since February and exercising about 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week and I've lost 22 lbs. So you are on the right track! Good Luck!

you are on the right track. You don't want to exercise everyday though cause your muscles need a break. Change up your work out also. Don't do the same things everytime in the same order

You should be able to. Make sure your drinking enough water (4 liters a day), getting enough sleep, and have a well balanced diet
