Eat when your hungry. Our bodies were not created to follow Easten Standard Time. We have our own internal clocks. BUT, drinking one glass of water can alleviate nightime hunger pains...so make sure your not thirsty, instead of hungry.

In regards to losing weight? There is not a time in the evening you should stop eating. You should be counting your calories and ensureing that you eat healthy. Timing is not as important as amount when you are trying to lose weight.
Eating late can cause other issues, acid reflux, sleeplessness, bad dreams. But this won't effect your weightloss.
Also, persons who have a tendency to eat the majority of their food in the evening may want to put a self imposed constraint if they feel that will help in restricting their calorie intake.

Depends on your schedule. If you are asleep by 10 or 11 then yes, I would stop eating by 7.

could be a number of things like- boredom depression stress tape worm or maybe your not eating the right foods. if you are just picking at stupid little snacks (empty calories) then maybe that's why your still hungry. but sometimes i get like that, when i eat and eat and i never feel full, by the next day i'm ok again. hope i've helped. remember if your hungry go for fruit rather than sugary fatty foods :)

yeah i herd you were suspst to stop like 3 hours befor you go to sleep. But i have also herd LOTS of time that it REALLY does not matter as long as you dont eat somthing like ice crean or cake you know like have a something healthy and it does not matter at all what time or how late you eat it.

8 that's what i heard, but sometimes i forgot and i eat at 9 instead :( but for me as long as after eat you are not laying down 15 mins after you eat then its ok.

there is nom set time, if your hungry you should eat that is your best guide as long as you dont go over your daily caloric requirement for your height age and activity level you wont gain weight even if you eat chocolate or cake at 11pm!
