at the starting up, you're a healthy weight that's a sturdy component, yet also undesirable in case you want to attempt to lose more desirable weight. Its is going to be problematical. i'm 5'2 and at 133lbs I were to the gymnasium for 3 MONTHS going 4 cases a week and doing an hour of cardio and a hour of weight and controlling my weight-help plan and that i did not lose a unmarried lb. you recognize what i replaced into doing incorrect? lower than-ingesting. also, walking for 2 hours is an similar as operating off a chocolate bar - how about you run for one hour instead? if you aren't to any extent further sweating and under no circumstances respiratory heavily - you aren't to any extent further burning fat. To be straightforward, i do no longer imagine your love handles are your problem - i imagine that some ingredient of your existence is making you unhappy that has no longer some thing to do consisting of your weight. you want to decide what that's an and fasten that, because blaming your body structure at the same time as there is no longer some thing incorrect with that's a slippery slope to having an ingesting disease.

i would say that it depends on your body type...do you have a big frame, medium frame, etc...do you have an hour glass figure....do you have large boobs???
I would also say are you looking to have the body of a celebrity or just look good??
i am 5'6 and a few years ago i weighed about 140, but i was very toned and got LOTS of compliments. I think that it matters more if you are toned than how much the scale reads....

it depends on whether or not u have muscle or fat. if u weigh 150 or 145 and u have mostly muscle, then that would be perfect for u. if u weigh 143 or 150 lbs. and u have mostly fat, then u wouldnt look that good. i am 5'3 and i weigh 120 and i look perfect! dont make urself too skinny because then u would have a higher chance of getting a heart attack. u have to be in the normal weight zone for u to be healthy. u can use bmi (a body mass index) to see if u fall into the normal and healthy weight zone. i hope i helped!

Depends on what that person defines as a nice body but in my opinion 115-121 would be a good wieght.

depends on your body type! if you're big boned, you need more weight to balance out.
I'm 5'2''ish and they say that my "ideal" weight should be 115. That would make me look sickly, so my goal is to be 150. I have pictures of me from that weight and I looked DAMN good! I'm short and athletically built, so I need weight to balance me out.
