sometimes i wonder if they actually have a formula that works or if its the people's minds playing tricks on them. like when the commercials list what they can do.. if the people believe it when they take it because that's what the bottle, box, or commercial says.

im not a great fan of excersice (see cant even spell it!!)

I have a fast metabolism and need a lot of high calorie foods to keep my weight up and rising. Everyone says indulge in desserts to keep my weight up, but I also want to keep a good fitness diet. suggestions greatly appreciated for meal ideas, especially lunches.

I do pilates and yoga several times weekly. I was considering trying out a new class called N.I.A., but can't seem to find much info on it. I was wondering...has anyone has tried it and what did you think of it? The class is about 45 min from my home and if it's not worth the drive, I don't want to go.
