I feel that my appearance not is good. I want have 118 pounds more or less. And I eat all, and nothing. I want know that can I do for gain this pounds? Actually i are doing physical activity for increase the muscles. More people said that i am very slender and I feel bad for that.

Eat a lot of healthy stuff and weight train. I stress eat a lot, but only healthy stuff and excercise too. That way you'll gain weight and still be tone other than that you'll gain and be flabby

Eat. A lot. Don't stop. Do you think you're eating a lot now? Chances are you're not eating as much as you think, so for 2 weeks, just record all the foods that you eat, and count how many calories per day you're consuming on average. After that, find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight (use google search, and they'll give you a formula), and eat 500 calories more than that amount. That way, you will gain about 1 pound per week.

You have not told us your age. If you are under 21, don't worry about it yet. You may still fill out, naturally. If you are over 21, eat a balanced diet of protein, low glycemic carbohydrate and good fat. My sister's friend was anorexic and she would drink the slim fast types of shakes plus her regular meals and she would put on weight. It was a healthy weight too because she would eat the little that she would and she would drink her Ensures and stuff - it added additional healhy calories. Thats why when people are trying to lose weight with drinks and they still eat their regular meals they dont seem to lose the weight.

BTW - I only used my sisters friend's eating disorder to encourage you that it worked for an extremely thin girl. GL

Okay, I was the same...when I was younger. First...it depends on your age. If your in your teens...don't worry, you'll fill out eventually but still stay slim if that's your genetics. (I was 105 now I'm 130, all muscle and curves) Also, protein helps add weight especially when doing weight training. Make sure you get plenty of it!!! But keep working out with weights and you'll get there.

I had the same problem, that is before I started exercising,I think it really helps.I definitely wouldn't recommend eating any and everything, that's unhealthy. Stick with regular exercising,it makes you eat more, converting what you eat to defined muscle structure,(six-pack abdominal, not a single 'blob-pack').

Um, many ppl. would love to be 5'6 and 108 lbs. Consider yourself lucky. If you want to gain muscle pump iron. If you want to gain weight just get an office job and sit on your *** all day. It worked for me. Plain and simple.
