the idea that I would get to buy new clothes when I lost the weight I went from an 18 to a 14! 40 lbs. took me a year, but i did it!

The energy, How I feel about myself, how others respond to me and living a long life healthy where the quality be worth living.
Seeing progress, lifting weights there is always something you can do that you have never done before not always heavier, but sometimes more reps, or longer or slower. Goals are a huge incentive.
Lastly if you do not get up and workout you fall out of your routine and once you have done that getting started again can be dreadfully hard.

My dog looking at me as if saying,come on lets go for a walk.
It also helps keep the weight of me.

my husband...he is in the military and very active...i want to step up and be there in his active lifestyle...and for our kids..i rather be out there and enjoy life for what its worth than to sit back on the couch and be miserable and feel sorry for myself. that is my modivation.
