No way that is healthy. Dr's recommend only losing about 2 lbs (1/7th of a stone) a week, so the most they recommend losing is just less than 1/2 a stone in that time.

Every pound of body fat has 3500 calories in it.
The average woman burns off 2000 calories per day.
So in 3 weeks you'll burn off max 42,000 stored calories if you eat nothing at all.
One stone of body fat = 49,000 calories
So you see it is impossible and any diet that tells you otherwise is BS. People who lose 7 lbs in a week, always lose water and muscle tissue, i.e. not all fat.
The only way to lose fat is to aim at 2lbs per week, i.e. eat 7000 calories less than you burn

having lost 2 and 1/4 stone since christmas
i found using an ab trainer for sit ups
eating salads
and drinking supergreens (most health food shops sell it)
helped

i did it in a week i went from 5 meals a day down to 2 and i ran or walked at least 5 miles a day

Rivita, Fruit and exercises. hold yourself from the centre and drink loads of water. I don't think you will do it, but once you have done this for a few weeks, you will pride yourself into keeping thin
